OP-03 marks the full arrival of Yellow cards, introducing effects that interact directly with Life cards. It also provides powerful support for the Big Mom Pirates Starter Deck [ST-07] and expands deck-building possibilities with new colors and multicolored Leaders.

Eight Leader Cards featuring Portgas D. Ace, Nami, Arlong, Kuro, Iceburg, Rob Lucci, Charlotte Katakuri and Charlotte Linlin offer a wide variety of strategies.
