OP-09 places the **New Four Emperors—Monkey D. Luffy, Shanks, Marshall D. Teach and Buggy—**at the center of the action. The expansion features six Leader strategies starring the Four Emperors alongside Lim and Nico Robin, offering players new archetypes and deck-building possibilities.

For the first time in the game’s history, all four New Emperors are available as spectacular Super Alternate Art cards. Collectors can also search for manga-inspired alternate-art Leaders, premium SP cards based on the Emperors’ wanted posters and the exceptionally rare gold Super Parallel Gol D. Roger [OP09-118].
