OP-02 introduces Black cards into booster products and provides extensive support for the Navy Starter Deck – Absolute Justice [ST-06]. New multicolored Leaders and cost-based effects expand the game’s strategic possibilities.

Eight Leader Cards featuring Kin’emon, Sanji, Emporio Ivankov, Magellan, Zephyr, Smoker, Monkey D. Garp and Edward Newgate support a wide range of deck-building strategies.

Collectors can search for premium parallel Leaders, alternate-art cards and the highly sought-after manga-style Portgas D. Ace Secret Rare.
